Play Auntie Linda!
Hey! That’s my Aunt Linda (Lee) Buchanan on the piano at True Light! ❤ RIH Mrs. Hoskins! When I moved to Atlanta from GR, Mrs. Hoskins literally forced me to join the choir at Israel MBC and ended up being some of my best memories. 🙏🏽
Thinking about all of those young people there that turned their lives over to God after experiencing this. ❤️❤️❤️

I lost my 2 best friends, my mama and daddy almost years to the day. Four months after burying my daddy my kids and I were put out of our home of 7 years. One week after we started moving out we were approved to move into the house we were praying for. Through it all I tried not to complain but be grateful for EVERYTHING and see the lesson in everything good and bad. As my mama would say, Hallelujah in the valley!!!!❤❤❤
God Bless you and your family. My family and I are going through homelessness now. We had a slumlord. We had mold, leaking pipes and dry rotted porch. I called code enforcement and he evicted us. I refused to pay rent. I know this is something we have to go through right now. I remain humble and waiting patiently. I know God has worked it out. It's all in his timing. I wish I could upload the pictures here of the way he had us living. My husband and I are disabled and he took advantage of us. Through all of this I won't complain. Lord, thank you. Happy Easter .
@@Shinna-dm7gp Happy Easter to you and your family and know that God's blessings and mercy are upon you. It hurts to be evicted and I too am disabled with a minor child. The description you gave sounds exactly like what happened to us. Although I wish I had more time to move, I take this as God's way of taking us from an unhealthy place we didn't need to be. Some losses are our set up for something better. Be encouraged
Glory to God Yahweh AMEN 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

This is one of my favorite songs. Rev. Richard Butler would sing when he would visit with us.
You have to be a really really good singer to do Reverend Paul Jone's song and this brother nailed it!!! Had me at the hat throw! Excellent!
[Verse 1] It's a wonderful life, it's a wonderful life Traversed in tears from the heavens My heart is a melodrama, a melodrama in fact Set alight by echoes of pain 24/7, 24/7 [Pre-Chorus] I dream, I smile I walk, I cry I dream, I smile I walk, I cry You might not say that it's a wonderful world And it's a wonderful life And it's a wonderful day Just as yesterday [Chorus] But I won't complain No, I won't complain Though my good days are far gone They'll surely come back one morn So I won't complain, no, no [Verse 2] My mind is a mirror A reflection only known to me And for those who hate me, the more you hate me, the more you help me And those who love me, the more you love me, the more you hurt me When I go to bed in the night, I see some children in the light Fighting unknown shadows behind my mother's back And although I don't understand my dreams, I know somewhere There's hope, there is hope, somewhere There's hope [Pre-Chorus] I dream, I smile I walk, I cry I dream, I smile I walk, I cry You might not say that it's a wonderful world And it's a wonderful life And it's a wonderful day Just as yesterday [Chorus] But I won't complain I won't complain, no, no Brr no, brr no, I won't complain, no I won't complain Though my good days are far gone They'll surely come back one morn So I won't, I won't complain Though my good days are far gone They'll surely come back one morn So I won't, I won't complain
Thank you so much for posting this. I used to regular this church. I was so young around Bishop Abney. But he left such an impact on my I literally remember him 25 years later. He was so good and kind. Really takes a special kind of person to be like him.

After being there, feeling awesome under the presence of the Almighty, makes you want to go to church on Sunday. Look at the huge crowd, when ppl loved the Lord.

Erica is Erica Glenn, pastor’s wife, in Chicago, mother of 3.
For those who did not know, Bethel Pentecostal always closed the Festival of the Arts downtown Grand Rapids on Sunday.
I grew up going to Bethel with my cousins and would walk to church to hear Pastor Abney preach, he was that Good.
God Did It Jesus was the son of man on his mother’s side, but the son of God on his father’s side. Jesus was the seed of David on his mother’s side, but the root of David on his father’s side. He was a preacher on his mother’s side, but the creator on his father’s side. He was finite on his mother’s side; infinite on his father’s side. Natural on his mother’s side; supernatural on his father’s side. Physical on his mother’s side, spiritual on his father’s side. Temporal on his mother’s side; eternal on his father’s side. Six feet tall on his mother’s side, fill all space on his father’s side. Jesus got hungry on his mother’s side, but he fed 5,000 on his father’s side. He walked by the sea on his mother’s side, walked on the sea on his father’s side. He preached the word on his mother side; he was the word on his father’s side. Jesus prayed in the garden on his mother’s side, but answers our prayers on his father’s side. He was tempted by the devil on his mother’s side, but he strengthens you when you get tempted on his father’s side. 33 years old on his mother’s side, he is the ancient of days on his father’s side. He died on a cross on his mother’s side; he rose from the dead on his father’s side. He got his body from his mother’s side; blood from his father’s side and he took that blood to the cross. Acts 2:36-38; 4:10-12; Ephesians 4:5; Colossians 3:17 KJV
The Only True God Deuteronomy 6:4 With reverence and adoration we bow our knees unto Jesus Christ, to give to our God the glory due His name. And we now make mention that His name is exalted above every name that is in heaven and in earth. Hence, the demons of hell are enraged. The religious world is astonished and the tents of the fearful pilgrims are being violently shaken by the rushing mighty wind that is moving through the land proclaiming the NAME of the Lord. He who was slain is worthy. We have beheld the Lamb of God. We have honored the Prince of Peace. We rejoiced in the rock of our Salvation and have walked in the light of life. We have seen that Christ was our Shepherd as well as the door to the fold. He is the root and offspring of David as well as his son and his Lord. We have claimed Him as our High Priest in heaven and the offering that was slain for our sins. He is the Temple of God and the shewbread, the veil, the altar, and the Lamb. He was servant and master at the same time. We have found Him to be the foundation of the church and the chief corner stone thereof. He is a destroying storm, and covert as well from the tempest. Considering all these things, it is no wonder that the people cried, “What manner of man is this? . . . Who art thou? . . . Whom maketh Thou thyself?” Acts 2:38; 4:10-12; 20:28; Ephesians 4:5; Colossians 3:17 KJV
Love this song, and they way you all sing it!
